Personal training is one of the best ways to make a commitment to yourself that will change you! Regardless of your fitness goals, I can formulate a plan that will help you to achieve them.

 

I know you could choose any trainer you want, but what sets me apart is my life experience and my connection to my clients. I truly care about getting you results. Because of my own background, I understand where you're coming from. I offer a unique approach to help you achieve your goals, catered to your busy lifestyle!

Many of my clients come to me for weight loss, but I offer so much more! Muscle building, injury prevention, acrobatics and bikini contest prep are all within my wheel house. I love training clients to use kettlebells. Powerlifting is fun and will make positive, lasting changes to your body. I even offer my clients expert nutritional guidance that will help you really understand
why you're eating what you are!

I offer one-on-one and small group personal training at Strength Lab Eugene, right next to REI in beautiful Eugene, Oregon.
