The kettlebell swing is a great exercise that combines strength training and cardio to challenge you like no other exercise will. It’s great for reinforcing a healthy hip hinge movement pattern, torching fat, building muscle and giving you grip like a vice. Swinging a kettlebell will make you stronger and improve your cardio endurance. Start with a light weight and work your way up!
